Well, I've started the countdown the scale to Christmas today. I've managed to gain a few pounds back after I had lost over 60 lbs. So to get in shape for Christmas I am starting (yes, it's Monday) on a challenge to make myself more aware of what I am putting into my mouth and how much exercise I am getting every day.
Worked out with my Wii for about 45 minutes this morning. Had a little water (thanks, Chelsea) and aiming to keep my water intake up to at least 8 glasses today.
Had a protein shake at about 9am and am good to go.
